service manager – mukinbudin
The opportunity
We are seeking a Service Manager to join our busy team in Mukinbudin. This is an outstanding opportunity to be a part of one of the Wheatbelt’s most established, successful and reputable agriculture machinery and equipment dealerships. Our network covers the seven key locations of Merredin, Mukinbudin, Cunderdin, Corrigin, Quairading, Beverley and Hyden.

The role
- Staff Management, Training and Mentoring
- Workshop Job Management – scheduling, forward planning, supervision, quality control
- Customer Relations Development, Liaison, Dispute Resolution
- Workplace Maintenance – identification of issues; focus on safety; keeping up to date with products, programs and issues; supervision; supervising maintenance and replacement of workshop tools and equipment
- Business Development – identification of additional market opportunities, focus on productivity and efficiency, liaison and co-ordination with other Heads of Departments
The prerequisites
- Previous management experience or service technician wishing to take the next step into a service management role
- Exposure to agricultural machinery preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
