Machinery Sales Administration
Job Description
We require a full-time Machinery Sales Administration Officer to join our dynamic team.
The Role
The newly created role will include all administration duties for the Machinery Sales department,
as well as providing support to other administration roles on an as needed basis. Additionally, the
role will manage some social media content.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Stock file and deal management
• Maintenance of prospect records and contact information
• Weekly reporting to Senior Management
• Finance settlements and pricing updates for machinery
• Update of machinery Inventory Lists
Skills and Qualifications
• Previous administration experience
• Auto-IT / Equip experience beneficial
• Knowledge of farm machinery beneficial
