The opportunity
This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the Wheatbelt’s most established, successful, and reputable agriculture machinery and equipment dealerships.
Based in our Cunderdin branch and working with our service and parts departments, we are seeking the services of a full-time person for the combined role of Service Administrator / Parts Interpreter. Our workplace offers a fast paced & enjoyable environment focused on teamwork, quality service and supporting employee development.
The role
- Customer service via face to face, email and phone
- Support to Service Manager and wider team
- Booking and coordinating service work
- Invoicing and administration support
- Warranty submissions
- Parts interpretation, procurement and sales
- Warehousing, stock control and data processing
- Stocktake duties
The prerequisites
- Computer competency
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of the agricultural industry beneficial
- ‘C’ Class driver’s licence (manual)
- Ability to work Saturday mornings during peak season (when rostered)
