The opportunity
This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the Wheatbelt’s most established, successful and reputable agriculture machinery and equipment dealerships. Our network covers seven locations including Merredin, Mukinbudin, Cunderdin, Corrigin, Quairading and Beverley. In an effort to better service our customer base in the south-eastern part of our PMA, we have recently expanded into Hyden.

The position – full-time, weekly pay cycle
We are seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced professional to manage our Hyden branch as well as our presence in designated surrounding areas. This is a very diverse role that can also include sales opportunities, with a generous commission-based remuneration structure to enhance your salary package.
The successful applicant will be responsible for all facets of our Hyden business including:
• team leadership
• management of sales, service and parts divisions
• administration, reporting, staff procurement and stock control • management of existing and development of new grower relationships
The prerequisites
Essential:
- Minimum five years experience in a management role
- Self-motivated, with a hands-on approach to all tasks
- Computer literacy with industry-specific software as well as experience with MS Office, etc
- The ability to build, mentor and manage teams while adopting an exemplary approach to customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- C-Class driver’s licence
Desirable:
- Previous experience working in the agriculture machinery sector
